We use CJM as a visually appealing and intuitive depiction of the user journey for our internal presentations. We have a dedicated CJM training course, in which we demonstarte how it can be implemented. Three issues most critical issues were selected for a deep dive and explored from both the interface and the business process standpoint. Our ongoing strategy relies heavily on competitive analysis, and we aim to emphasise the unique advantages we hold over competing systems.
